There are 3 packages:

Built packages
    grass70 Geographic Resources Analysis Support System
    grass70-dev GRASS GIS development files
    grass70-doc Geographic Resources Analysis Support System documentation


I suspect that you simply need to install all of them to make
g.extension happy.
