[GRASS-user] where is MSYS in GRASS 7?

right, I re-added this line recently, will be included in GRASS 7.0.4.

To install 7.0.4RC1 you need to choose Exp option (only available in
Advanced installation). Express Desktop option should offer only GRASS
7.0.3.
