Dear Valter

AFAIK, the GRASS shell in QGIS plugin doesnt work in Windows. Somebody
please correct me, if I am wrong. Also r.mask doesn't work if you use
grass7 plugin in QGIS.

As you are using Windows 10, best solution to get the complete command line
functionalities (as in linux) of GRASS GIS is to follow "Linux Bash Shell
on Windows 10" (https://itsfoss.com/install-bash-on-windows/), which is
in-built app with windows 10, you have the option to install Ubuntu, Suse
linux etc.

Then you can install GRASS GIS and QGIS in the Linux environment in windows
10 and then this plugin works well. You may need a X server installed to
make gui's work in the Linux environment like xming (
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xming/ )

Regards

Sajid
