[winGRASS] pq.dll

Hello

 

I am running GRASS 5.3 with X-Windows using the precompiled binaries.

 

The program is generally working fine. However, on starting NVIZ I am getting
the error message:

 

"NVWISH2.2 - Unable to Locate Component

This application has failed to start because pq.dll was not found. Re-installing
the application may fix this problem."

 

Where is pq.dll supposed to live? Where can I get it from?
