[winGRASS] Updated CygwinGRASS-0.2.1

[Ned Horning]

Hi,

I managed to download and install GRASS using this CygwinGRASS Installation
CD. The installation was very easy but am unable to get GRASS to run. I
expect I'm missing something very basic but I didn't find the easystart
GRASS.bat file and didn't see a readme or any instructions on how to run
GRASS. Any help would be appreciated.
