[winGRASS] Error in Start-up script

 Hello

 

On 21 September Bryan Keith reported errors in start-up script while
starting GRASS. So far I have not seen any answer to that on this list. 

 

I encountered eactly the same problem while opening GRASS.  Thus allow me to
bring up the same issue once again.

 

Can anyone help? 

 

I got screen shots of the errors which I could send to anyone who may want
to have a closer look at the problem.

 

Looking forward to helpful respones.
