That is normal since some GnuWin32 packages don't have dependent
(*-dep.zip) packages.

The warning message means that GRASS couldn't find any valid grass
database, which is normal because you don't have one at first try.

A real problem is the error you attached.  I don't know why that
happens. "ls -a" shouldn't exit abnormally.  The second error may be
related to the first one.  What happens if you run c:\msys\1.0\msys.bat
and type "ls -a" in the console that msys.bat just created?
