[gvSIG-devel] OSM 429 status error

hi, I'm new as you may already notice

I started a course on using gvSIG-desktop and now I'm, so...

first I manually installed 2.5, then today I got it from arch community,
version 2.4
looked up for solutions, but nothing found, except for this link
https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/72426/error-429-in-mapinfo-with-osm-tile-server

any ideas on when this would be fixed ?
