[Ica-osgeo-labs] Certification and lpi

The company that created the Intro to Linux, Network Development Group (NDG), is the same one contracted by our US DOL grant to review and provide quality assurance on the QGIS courses we developed and offer to GeoForAll.org as a FOSS resource, licensed under Creative Commons 3.0 BY.

Perhaps having someone like LPI manage the future certification, assuming it happens, will meet the non-profit status favored by FOSS? I still think OSGeo needs to be the leader of the effort regardless of who implements it eventually.
