Thanks!

Note, where there is a stub answer to template questions, stuff
like "If not, why not?" that text is intended to be replaced when
answering the question.  I have taken the liberty of doing this for
you.

Re: Mentor

I am looking for an independent member of the committee to be assigned
as per my proposed mentor guidelines just sent out yesterday.  The answer
would be "no, awaiting assignment by Incubator" or something like that.

I think that the project web pages ought to indicate that the project
is part of OSGeo (well perhaps specifically noting that it is in incubation),
possibly with some indication of what that means for the project.
