[Incubator] MapGuide incubation status?

fwiw, I would motion or second and +1 Daniel as mentor for Mapguide.
From my experience as incubating project PSC member with Paul as Mentor
the process was fairly painless. From my perspective as 1/2 Mentor for
GRASS it can also be a rather complex process and will keep us busy for
some time. I'll write another mail on that later.
With all this immense experience I can assure you that the amount of
time involved to do a good job will be manageable for you (because
obviously you will have to find the time, not me... :-)
