Incubation Process Documents and Meeting

Folks,

I don't think we have had enough time to review the incubation process
documents to hold a meeting and passing them.  So once, again I'll defer
the incubation meeting for a week.

Daniel / Paul, could you give a brief report on the incubation document
status?
