But there is nothing. Shoudl it read "Project_Graduation_Checklist" instead?

Who is supposed to review? When are the documents going to be approved?
(who needs to motion, second, vote?). Can we find and fix a date when the
process docs are to be approved so that we can schedule at what point the
firt projects run through graduation.

Currently the mentor has to suggest a project for graduation. If the
mentor is inactive (like me with GRASS) what can the project do about it
if they want to get going?
