Cameron,

All the issues to be resolved that I felt were serious I promoted to tickets,
and resolved before the 1.5.0 release.  In the provenance review these issues
have ticket numbers associated with them for easy tracking.

The remaining TO_RESOLVE issues were items I felt needed to be further reviewed
when doing the initial provenance review, but that after further consideration
I did not consider blockers though they are items worthy of recording.  I may
be a misnomer for me to keep the TO_RESOLVE markers on these issues.

I guess the question I would have to the broader group is how they judge these
issues.  Are they matters that need to be resolved or is it sufficient to
document them as points of minor concern?
