[Incubator] New application: rasdaman [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

I haven't been involved in a specific OS project before, but I do have a reasonable idea of how OS projects work.

I have been involved in the OS community for about eight years.

My coding experience is also rather rusty.

I'm also tight for time at times (like everyone else here ;-) ).

Most of my volunteer time is currently spent with OSGeo-AustNZ, FOSS4G-2009 and CCIP-2009.

If you are short of volunteers to mentor Rasdaman, I'm willing to take the time to learn what is required and act as Mentor. Perhaps someone could mentor me for a time?
