[Incubator] Opticks Incubation

Thank you for the welcome, Mark. I am eager to see Opticks complete
incubation. I also happened to notice that the "application" keyword is
omitted from this ticket, which causes it to not appear in the
application list at the "Pending Incubation Application" link on the
wiki. Can that keyword also be added so that Opticks appears in the
search result?

Welcome Dustan, 

 

I'm the designated incubation mentor for the Opticks project and I'm
looking forward to moving the project ahead in the process. The timing
is good as Jody is now leading the incubation efforts and we can all
sync up on where we are and the path ahead.

The owner is currently Frank, should it be assigned to either myself of
Dustan?
