[Incubator] [Board] Incubation <s>nightmare</s> question

Just for the records,
the project was not passively waiting.

I have asked a couple of time to go on [1] and [2], but I didn't get any
feedback. It doesn't seems to me that Arnulf has to make the motion as the
document you mentioned states: "The chairman of IncCom presents projects
selected for Incubation"

That's all from my side, it seems that now I got the attention, but let me
say  this should not be like that and I wanted to rise the issue.

BTW: "Apologize me but I completely forgot about you would have been nice
to  be heard."
