[Incubator] Working with brian on OTB Graduation checklist (calgis codesprint)

Afternoon Manuel / Landon:

OTB has a fan here in Oakland, working with Brian to update the OTB status
page (which we stopped using a while ago) into an OTB Graduation Checklist:

It sounds like you just had a major 6.0 release and it would be great to
make a graduation announcement next.

Brian and are are volunteering at the CalGIS code sprint, and it is nice to
help out an osgeo project.
