[Incubator] [Geo4All] OSGeo Annual General Meeting - committees please join and report (August 30 2018)

We have a page to write for the AGM, we have just had a lively discussion
on the Oskari project so I can fill in that part.
Do any other mentors have status to report?
High level ... I think we can talk about the requests coming in to be
listed on the website or to join the foundation as a community project. And
that this remains a great way to get involved and help project teams.
