1. The project has user documentation

Docs look great, I think it covers the core functionality.

2. The project has developer documentation

This all looks good, as a mentor I would try and build at least once :)

release procedure - This section has not been filled in - but I think I see
the answer!

1. The project follows a defined release process / testing QA etc..

bonus there is a translation guide :)
