Looking at:

The website rules seem ok.

The community rules seem mostly ok.  I am concerned that we won't really
interpret "accepts contributions, review and acceptance of
contributions" correctly.  There are issues lurking here:

  - is a company controlling direction?

  - is there a CLA that grants rights to an entity (other than a bona
    fide charity that is legally obligated to act in the public interest?)

I would suggest that the community rules preclude either situation.


Under "OSGeo Project", I would want to make sure we only bless things
that are truly broad efforts, without any particular company having a
controlling interest.


Overall these are pretty minor suggestions, and can be resolved with
small edits.  But given "lower standards", it's hard to tell if that's
how others will see it.
