Hi,
I do not understand the question?! The capabilties document is only
required during WMS upload and dynamic upload - how is this connected with
ConfTreeGDE?!

You have to activate the corrsponding layer as query default. Then every
time you trigger a getFeatureInfo all alyers tagged as default will be
queried. This might look like an error but its not. The idea of
ConfTreeGDE ist to be able to merge several layers into one checkbox  -
but then obviously there only one checkbox available per layer cluster
thus making it impossible to check or uncheck them individually.
