You can set the Stroke array on TRUE, to set a color.

"do_stroke" => TRUE,
"stroke_color" => array(
"r" => 254 / 255,
"g" => 1 / 255,
"b" => 1 / 255

If you don´t want to get a dashed line, you can set the dash array on line 349
like this
"dash" => array(10,0)

ok, I can set the color for dashed line-
but if I change do_stroke => FALSE the result is always a thin black line.
Where can I change this ?

Hello,

to change the color of the temporary object go to the file 
/print/mod_print_pdf_pdf.php to $theMeasureConfigArray (line 332)

If you don't want a dashed line set do_stroke => FALSE
