What does mapbender_setup.php say?
** the mapbander_setup.php says nothing about the DB (the DB panel is
empty), even if in the mapbender_setup.php I choose mysql as DB. Maybe this
is the problem. 

Did you check the Mapbender log files?

Did you check the PHP log files?

Maybe create a new database and load the SQLs again to make sure the 
installation worked. Maybe redirect possible SQL message to a log file.

**I will try to regenerate the DB
