New Revision: 9992

Added:
   trunk/MgDev/Doc/samples/dotnetsamples/Web.config
   trunk/MgDev/Doc/samples/dotnetviewersample/Web.config
Modified:
   trunk/MgDev/Web/src/mapviewernet/Web.config
Log:
#2852: Update web.config in mapviewernet to reference netstandard, avoiding us having to write this entry in our setup tools (whether InstantSetup or the windows installer). Also add this web.config in dotnetviewersample and dotnetsamples.
