Rats.  
 
And the apache service is called ApacheMapGuide too.
 
I wonder if this something that the installer team could look at; changing whatever windows uses to identify a package between major and sub-major releases, changing the ApacheMapGuide service to include the MapGuide version number, and maybe exposing the server port numbers during installation?
 
Setting the installation directory does work if you're just looking to install to an alternate location...
