Folks,

I'm not really a mapguide user, but from my perspective the lack of a free
(and conveniently bundled) studio type application is impeding the adoption
of MapGuide Open Source.  However, I do think this is a situation where the
community needs to step up to pull together a solution.  Certainly it should
not be incumbent on Autodesk to provide funding and manpower to do so.

There are two good candidates for free alternatives, but I presume they both
need love and care from the community and some degree of support from the
MapGuide PSC as they prove themselves.  I offer this as a challenge to the
community!
