[mapguide-internals] RE: Motion RE Sandbox access?

I agree with Bob and Jason.

I have updated the Sandbox page to include sandbox rules (and how to get 
a sandbox).
Also, for each sandbox, the PSC name should be listed.
I am guessing that Bob is the assignee for the ADSK sandbox.
