Yep. Looks good. I fixed a typo on mapguide-internals and also added a comment about RFC/tickets as per Bob's discussion:
"Sandboxes do not require RFC's or tickets until the code is committed to trunk."
No tickets, no RFC's? That's a hackers dream come true which may help speed development of new features.

I agree with Bob and Jason.
I have updated the Sandbox page to include sandbox rules (and how to get
a sandbox).
Also, for each sandbox, the PSC name should be listed.
I am guessing that Bob is the assignee for the ADSK sandbox.
