[mapguide-internals] 2.1.0 Final Windows Installer

Hi all,

I've uploaded what I hope is the final 2.1.0 windows installer:

MD5 (also attached):

This _should_ be equivalent to the RC, but with different "branding" in the
installer.

Could someone please announce, update web pages, etc?  Make sure to mention
that to install on 64bit IIS, user will need to manually set their app pool
to 32bit mode.

I've tested this install on W2k3 and it appears to install and load
mapagent/mapadmin fine.

I don't think we have an answer for Linux users other than SVN, which can be
painful at times.
