Hi Trevor,

I recently pulled the reboot requirement from the installer for versions of
Windows newer than XP, because testing has found the mgserver.exe picks up
the freshly set MENTOR_DICTIONARY_PATH environment variable without needing
to reboot.

Is this not the case in a 64-bit environment?
