[mapguide-internals] Participation in FOSS4G WMS Shoot-out

I'd love to get invloved with this, but due to it being close to end
of financial
year, I'm extremely over allocated at the moment.

Happy to help a bit, but I'm in your boat Jason

Perhaps we should fire a message off over on mg-users and see if
anyone wants to work help out?
