I agree with Walt. Also, before they can be added, we'll need to get signed contributor agreements (looking at the number of contributions they made, the signed contributor agreements are long overdue) since they are not currently listed on this page: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Contributor_Agreements_Received.

Good to see some more committers coming on board.

I'd like to propose that we grant subversion commit rights for the MapGuide vault to Mars Wu and Spark Liu.

They are Autodesk developers working in Shanghai, and have made numerous defect fixes and enhancements to the code base over the last few years.
