So the answer is:

The numbers are the version numbers of the encountered and the expected 
berkley DB environment.

It seems also to mean that your old library is not going to work with 
the new server anymore.

Any pointers to a working upgrade strategie for existing libraries 
greatly appreciated!!!!!
