 For the Maestro MapViewer to work with mg-desktop through the bridging
 APIs provided by Maestro, we need a subclass of the RuntimeMap that wraps
 the MgdMap class of mg-desktop.

 Implementing this means that we can support mg-desktop for the "Live" Map
 Definition editor (#2018), as well as being able to support rendering APIs
 in LocalConnection
