Mapguide Server Default install in C:\

Hi all,
 Map Guide server and extensions are installed in the C:\ by default
 Can we  install in on another partition say D:\ or E:\ 

  is any one using it that way?
  Will it affect the performance  - BAD/SAME/BETTER?
  any know issuses while configuring / installation
 
 I also had posted a query for Mapguide Enterprise End User License
Agreement. Can any one please forward or guide me to the same. 

 any help with greatly appreciated
