Chris,

Yes, you need either MapGuide Studio or the Open Source Web Studio,
which comes with version 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 of MG Open Source. You've
probably already got it installed, try
http://localhost/mapguide/webstudio/index.html - swapping out the
localhost for your website name as appropriate. Web Studio can do most
of what MapGuide Studio can do, I believe, but you can't create web
layouts.

I have just successfully installed MapGuide Open Source and viewed the
sample data in a web browser by following the instructions in the
'Getting Started' section. I am now trying to do the same for my own
data but I cannot find any documentation that would tell me how to do
this. Do I need to use Autodesk MapGuide Studio?
