WMS GetFeatureInfo request problem

Hi There,

  I was trying to use a wms client (udig) to test wms functionalities of 
a maguide wms server.  GetCapbilities and GetMap seem to work as 
expected if the correct parameters are provided.  The issue I am having 
is with GetFeatureInfo. The request never returns any element. It looks 
something like this :

http://127.0.0.1:8008/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?Y=1&X=1&SERVICE=WMS&INFO_FORMAT=text/html&LAYERS=Samples/Sheboygan/Layers/Parcels&FORMAT=image/png&HEIGHT=3&REQUEST=GetFeatureInfo&WIDTH=3&BBOX=-87.71831536625463,43.74885252872668,-87.71826930205252,43.748898592928775&SRS=EPSG:4326&QUERY_LAYERS=Samples%2FSheboygan%2FLayers%2FParcels&VERSION=1.1.1

Note the size of the image is 3/3 and x=1,y=1 (generated by udig).

Doing a GetMap using the same parameters of bbox and layer returns an 
image. The layer is Queryable according to the capabilities document.

Does any body have a hint of what is wrong ? Do people have successfully 
deployed wms servers where the GetFeatureInfo was working as expected ?

PS few additional info

- I am under the impression that the low level code uses a point element 
with an intersect operation to do the search. In previous tests I had 
issues with a point element and an intersect operation and had to use a 
small rectangle as a work around when using the mapagent 
QUERYMAPFEATURES operation. Not sure if it this helps.
