[mapguide-users] Not much luck with ogr or postgis on Ubuntu

I have PostgreSQL installed on my test server, so I can't be sure if it's libpq that is making the difference.  I am able to get past Test Connection, but get an error saving the resource.  I believe that this may bave been because I was connecting to a non-PostGIS schema though.
 
I still plan to start a VM from scratch with absolutely nothing extra installed.  The problem with this one is that I installed and uninstalled a lot of packages testing things for the MapGuide compile.

Hi Jason,

That removes the error when I run ldd -r libPostGISProviders.so, but I still
can't load the library when I use mapguide studio or when I try the "test
connection" option in the webtier tests.

I will try rebuilding with that library in place and see what happens...

I take it that's worked OK for you?
