Hi Solomon,

The OS sometimes understands that the mgp-file is a zip-file and changes the extension during download. 

Manually change the filename to sheboygan.mgp and you should be fine.

(Make sure that the path is:  "C\Program files\MapGuideOpenSource\Server\Packages\Sheboygan.mgp.")

Why don't you download it from https://mapguide.osgeo.org/download1.1.0.html and just get the .mgp file, not zipped?

I  have tried  to load the sheboygan file without success. I have changed the file name from sheboygan.zip to sheboygan.mgp  and put it into the folder C:\program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\Server\Packages   but still when I go to MapGuide Site Administrator and click on Manage packages,  "No packages found' message comes up.
