That is OK. That should be the only warning you get if it finds all the
other paths. But setenv...sh still needs to be run before the installer so
the export vars get passed to the installer.

Hello Chris

Which is not installed with my system (as it is optional)

That could mean your setenvironment.sh script was not run.

Hello all,
Thanks Jack Lee for instant reply.
Appending bash to the command to run thirdparty script could make
it run , which was giving some error at start itself.
But still the error not been cleared I see the same kind of error
after some processing.
some bottom lines of processing .
./Thirdparty.sh: 27: Syntax error: Bad fd number
make[1]: Entering directory
`/home/gupteshwar/OpenSource_FDO/Thirdparty'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target
`apache/xml-xalan/c/lib/libxalan-
c.so.17.0', needed by `all-am'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/gupteshwar/OpenSource_FDO/Thirdparty'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
And detailed processing for reference.
