[mapguide-users] Problem with installation

[Rock Beans]

For debug just by-pass the fast cgi and setup IIS configurations:

.fcgi (mapagent v-directory) > mapagent.exe
.php(mapguide v-directory) > php-cgi.exe

No mapagent v-directory does not need php.
