[mapguide-users] SID Raster Problem

Update:

I am getting the 

ERROR 1: Can't load requested DLL: C:\Program
Files\MapGuideOpenSource\Server\Bi
n\gdalplugins\gdal_MrSID.dll 

When I am clicking the "Configure data connections." and get the popup
saying something like GTIFProjToMapSys path can't be found in the
gdal13.dll.

I also thought maybe it was the permissions for the IUSR_* account for the
plugin folder, but added permission and it didn't do a thing.
