Is the JPEG library installed on your machine? It's required... See http://mapguide.osgeo.org/1.2/docs/BuildInstallQuickStartLinux.html.

currently i try to install Mapguide on my Fedora Core 4 (after compile
problem on my Debian etch, i will try it on a Fedora Core 4 because, i
read it will work.)
But now i get the same errors like under Debian Etch:
