They are the files you need to delete if things don't work. :) Just
kidding.
I'm not sure but I think those store the BerkelyDb runtime environment
including its memory cache. Sometime Berkeley Db gets messed up and
needs a kick in the head to get going again.

Thanks Traian!
That did the trick. I tried to run db_recover by modifying the
RepositoryAdmin.php but that sent the CPU into 100% with dbrecover.exe.
What are those files that you suggested I delete?
