[mapguide-users] Change measure dialog

Hallo List,

can anyone tell me please, how to change teh measure Dialog? I have tried
the to change the en file in the localized folder for example from 

MEASURETITLE            = Measure Distance

to

MEASURETITLE            = Abstand messen

but nothing happend. What is wrong?
