[mapguide-users] Intermittent failure to request features

Just a quick update, I made the following changes to the serverconfig:

under  F E A T U R E  S E R V I C E

DataConnectionTimeout              = 1
DataConnectionTimerInterval        = 1

under  G E N E R A L

ConnectionTimeout                  = 1
ConnectionTimerInterval            = 1

and i built a stress tester and sent a request every second and didn't get a
failure...so good show.
