[mapguide-users] Make Selectable Layers

Thanks Jackie, I've tried with refresh but doesn't change the state to
no-selectable, I need know if exist a function that I can set selectable
any layer (ie: SetSelectable) in the Viewer, similar to SetSelectionXML.
