[mapguide-users] CPP Build failure on Ubuntu 8.04

Hi, try to edit the Makefiles erasing all the -Wxxx paramethers! They are
used to enable warnings... Try also to downgrade the gcc compiler version,
infact the 4.2.3 bundled with ububtu 8.04 causes some errors like this...
