[mapguide-users] Installing MGOS 2.0 on Windows Server 2008withIIS7

I pinned Notepad and CMD to the start menu so I could right click and choose "Run as Admin". Even if you are running Notepad from the server, it may want to do a SaveAs because of lack of rights. If you run Notepad as admin, you won't have any problems saving.
